The Majesty

In Court, we called the judge with  respectful mention : The Majesty. Why? cause the judge is a person who authorized to execute half of God's authority. He given the right to punish or excuse. Then, person with that authority, he really become honored person, and because of that he worthy of respected.

In our live we often enriched by the story about the fair judges in taking decision, but full of mercy to them who persecuted and talk about the truth. One of it is classical story about Judge Bao.

His full name is Bao Zheng, He lived on Song's Dinasty era an because of his honesty, he got a nickname Bao Qingtan or Bao the blue sky.

But, Bao not only honest. He was a brave. One day Judge Bao given the death penalty for King's law. His decision got hard refusal from the queen and of course, her cronies. Bao was condemned by them. But, Bao insist with his decision. " The King's family and the people have a same place under the law. So they must submit on the nation's law." said Bao.

The consequences he was wounded by intimidation. If now here, probably he was be called by the special commitee. But he encounter all of the treat. The King's law still executed.

I'm proud that we ever have some honored judges, like Bismar Siregar and Yahya Harahap, that their decision really create sense of justice. Also Benyamin Mangkudilaga who brave rejected the bribe.

Bribe and temptation

We certain want to have the judges like Judge Bao, Bismar, Yahya or Benyamin. Not only judge, but also ministry, members of the house of representative, teacher, lecturer, reporter, CEO, businessman and another enforcement agencies of truth.

Brave, fair, firm and full of mercy for the weak and suppressed. Not fear with intimidation, lost everything, especially just the chair, resist the temptation and can't be bribe. Talk about temptation and bribe, my hair creeps suddenly when we called the word "The Majesty" on our judges lately. Cause, recently a judge of National Administration Court on West Sumatra Province arrested when he was taking drug with a police from that local police department. On Bengkulu province, a judge also be arrested caused proven taking drug. Even in sibolga, North Sumatra Province, a judge arrested by people when he was taking drug with his illegal girlfriend. What a mad!! Then and unless mad again, still on North Sumatra, a drug user, lets called him Ucok, be a judge to arbitrate a drug case too. The case of Judge Ucok is very complicated. He was received drug from the convict who the case was under his decision. Ucok is not only know, he was owe to that convict. That convict was save ucok from the people's angry cause people took ucok alone together with a woman who not his wife in his official residence.

Recently still crowded on news about a judge who was accepted bribe from a famous lawyer. It's so complicated cause many official suspected of being involved.

Are you willing to called The Majesy to ucok and the judges who was accepted something to making decision in our case? Once again, are you willing called that judges "The Majesty"?

But apparently that is not low enough. The word "Majesty" really get on lowest point. Why? I was heard it accidentally. One of the radio station in Jakarta, have a regular program that accomodate the people's opinion. That day topic was assembly of the Court Of Council Honor that was occured on two days, wednesday and thursday (2nd-3rd Dec, 2015). During that program, the listener called the presenter "The Majesty" with a pleasured. Otherwise, the presenter also called the people who was submitted their opinion by title "The Majesty". The tone, you certain know, full of jokes. I was laughed to hear it, but also concerned. 

If the annoyed is very high, but so powerless, our people became powerfull to making jokes. But i believes it's just temporary, finally they will be do something very great if they still silence of that.

The other popular expression is meme (read, mim). Try to click, you will easily to found meme contain the jokes about the assembly of the Court of Council Honor. I guarantee, minimally you will be smiles by yourself. 

Although smile, my heart was so pour. We should use the word "The Majesty" to express sense of respect for someone, no used to express the otherwise. A foolish figure, disgusting, shame, and "two-bit" showing their stupidity is really not worthy to get honor with the called "The Majesty".

More shame again, they wear red and white tuxedo. I do not willing that the colors of our flag wearing by that persons.

I hope what was showed by the "Majesty" on assembly of The Court of  Council Honor not made us skeptic and finally look down on the judge. Cause still a lotof judges who still good and worth to bear the word "Majesty"

But i'm sorry, not who talk nonsense in this assembly. Not wrong of the "Majesty" name, but they was not worth to get this called.
